What is your coaching philosophy?

I have always been fascinated by people, relationships with others and with themselves. In the past few years I have been on a personal growth mission for myself and along the way have helped and encouraged others on their journey of self discovery and conscious awareness.

I have always been deeply connected to myself internally and emotionally, now teaching others by providing a safe space to explore their emotions and for self actualizing. A book and a quote pushed me on this path. The book "Man The Manipulator" and Jung quote, "I'd rather be whole than good." gave me enthusiasm for further self exploration!

I like to think of myself as an emotional confidant providing the encouraging supportive safe space for you to do the exploration of meeting yourself likely for the first time or in deeper ways.

I am not a therapist nor a medical doctor and will not provide any medical guidance.

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with people from all walks of life who are excited and committed to personal growth and development. People who are seeking to learn and understand themselves more deeply. Some of my clients are just needing personal assistance, house or pet sitting services, help around their home, rides or support for appointments, cuddles, and or physical, cognitive, emotional space to look deeply into themselves.
